Steve Headon FCA CTA

Steve joined Moore Scarrott in 2008 on completion of his accountancy qualifications, becoming associate partner in 2010 and an equity partner in 2012. With a varied UK-wide portfolio specialising in the veterinary sector, he brings his experience in tax mitigation and restructuring projects to this sector, where his expertise surrounding property ensures clients are making the most of their assets.

With a wealth of experience in financial matters, Steve provides consultancy and advice for a wide range of clients. The flexible strategies he uses to maximise the financial wellbeing of his clients and their families are highly sought after by his vet clients.

Steve also tends to lead on a large proportion of the practice sales we have advised on.

Steve is married to Rachael, a Small Animal Vet which gives him an insight into life within practice that is invaluable when advising on practice matters.

He has lectured extensively across a range of topics for various organisations including BVA, BSAVA, BEVA, BCVA and the University of Nottingham. He has also recently joined the board of trustees of Pet Blood Bank UK.

Steve lives on the edge of Exmoor and outside of work enjoys spending time with his young family.
