We have been heavily involved in selling practices over a significant period of time. Historically that would be private sales but, more recently, with the advent of corporate groups, we have worked extensively with all of the groups in the sale process.
Our service offering in respect of the sale process is unlike many others, whereby we will deal with the entire process from start to finish. This starts will the collation of a detailed information memorandum and once offers have been received we then lead on the negotiation of deal terms and agreement of Heads of Terms. Where our service differs from many others is we then project manage the process of completing the sale itself including supporting the entire due diligence process, considering the tax mitigation aspects of any deal structure and overseeing the legal process and providing input as required.
