We offer a comprehensive payroll service through our sister business The Employer Payroll Service. We manage your payroll requirements and ensure compliance with legislation and statutory requirements, so you can focus on your day-to-day business.

Highly knowledgeable managers and assistants are available to answer queries in a prompt and efficient manner by phone or email.

We use a very flexible payroll software system that will create bespoke in-depth reports as PDF, Excel or CSV files to match your requirements and analyse the costs of your payroll. Information security is a primary consideration in the development of our payroll software desktops applications and cloud services and is ISO27001 certified.

Your employees have their own personal log-in to view, print and store their payslips and P60s, with the option to set two step authentication to heighten security.

As an employer, you will receive a set of bespoke reports via our payroll portal, MyEpay window, where employees’ payslips, P60s and P45s are also visible.

The Employer Payroll Service is also a BACS approved bureau. This allows us to transfer the payment of net pay, PAYE and any other expenses on a 3 day cycle directly from your business bank account. Secure payments are made directly from your business bank account but only show one total figure. The individual net payments are not visible per employee on your bank statements. This service is of significant value to support the confidential nature of payroll.
