One of our veterinary Directors, Simon Biles, will be giving a lecture regarding Succession Planning at the upcoming SPVS Congress.

Simon will run through some of the options available to facilitate the next generation of practice owners that makes it financially attractive for them, but without the existing owners selling themselves short.

He will be looking to achieve the following learning outcomes;

• Potential options available for new partner admissions
• How those can be structured to financially attractive for both the new and existing partners
